The United States and Cuba have a long history.  In the early days, the pioneers shared commerce and development.  Then, things got political and strained.  Russian missile crisis.  Revolution and Castro.  Post Castro.  China spying.  These were governmental conflicts.

The people of North America and Cuba had strong personal ties.  The people of both countries had good and caring people … separated by these government conflicts.

This needed to be fixed.  How?
