​American dynasties emerged out of the efforts of industrial pioneers in the 1800’s and early 1900’s.  Innovation was exploding.  America needed the leadership.  A few smart men saw and captured the opportunity.  They had the vision and foresight to see the potential of the innovations.  They had the courage bet their energy and money.  They had the harsh temperament to forge ahead.  And, they had the managerial skills to make it happen.

The heirs inherited fabulous wealth.  Most heirs spend or squandered the wealth.  The heirs stayed in their own swim lanes.  However, on one occasion they mixed by marriage.  The union was fraught with disaster.  A child of their emerged.  She grew and against all odds again crossed to another dynasty family.
